The agreement between you and ReachCard: what the service is, what you are responsible for, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Last updated 20 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and ‹Legal entity name› for the use of ReachCard. By creating an account or using a card, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
They should be read together with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle data.
ReachCard provides physical NFC cards and a hosted profile that a card opens. A card is a pointer to your profile: you can change the profile at any time and every card you have handed out reflects the change.
Prices, shipping and delivery estimates are shown at the time of purchase. ‹Fill in: payment terms, delivery, cancellation and returns, and the statutory cancellation right that applies in your market.›
A card is a physical product; the profile it opens is a service we provide on an ongoing basis.
What you put on your profile is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, encrypt it and serve it to people who open your card. We claim no ownership of it and will not use it for anything else.
The ReachCard name, mark and software remain ours.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.
‹Have a lawyer write this clause for your jurisdiction.› Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data caused by the loss of a recovery key.
You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the law of ‹Country / state whose law governs›, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
We will update the date above when these terms change and tell account holders about material changes. Questions go to hello@reachcard.me.
